What is your cancellation policy?
Your credit card or voucher code is used to secure your appointment. For your own verification all cancellations should be made directly to cloud nine via email to the email assigned to that location at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment, If you fail to do this, you will be charged for the full amount of your treatment. This is non negotiable.

Do I need a credit card to make a booking!
Credit/debit card or voucher details are required to confirm a booking. This will confirm your appointment. please note that vouchers may be reedemed at the time of booking to avoid any soon to expire vouches not being active at the time of your appointment.

Online Bookings
Bookings made online are provisionally held until debit/credit card or voucher details are submitted by the client. You can submit these details in the notes section during the booking process or you can contact us and submit details over the phone. Please note that although most bookings made online are successfully completed we may require that a reschedule if the treatment does not suit the capacity or the therapist. All rights of admission are reserved.

Is there parking available to guests?
Yes! Parking is complimentary for Cloud Nine users for a period of up to Two hours. After which a rate of €3.00 per hour will be applied. Please note that car parking is subject to availability and cannot be pre-booked.

Is there high speed/wifi internet access?
Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel.

Do you have a Fitness Centre? Is there a charge? What are the hours?
Yes, we have a leisure centre at the property which features a state of the art gym and 16 metre swimming pool. There is complimentary access for all guests staying in the hotel.

Opening hours are from 06:30 - 21:30 Monday to Friday and 08:00-20:30 Saturday and Sunday (inc Bank Holidays).

What can I use my club card points for?
Club Card points can be used against treatments in any cloud nine location. When you sign up for the cloud card it will begin generating points after every treatment. Different points are assigned to different treatments depending on popularity. To sign up for our loyalty program please go through our website and select which location you would like to collect your card at. www.cloudnineretreatcom (Under Bookings) (Loyalty Programme).
