Terms & Conditions
Bookings are subject to availability. Online bookings can be changed or amended upon notifying the client. A client can reschedule an appointment to a later date by checking availability with a beautician. A booking is not confirmed until a credit, debit card or voucher number has been received and verified.

Cancellation policy
Bookings are automatically charged at 100% to the client within a 24 hour period of th booking. It is free to reschedule an appointment with good reason however each reschedule is recorded with Two or more appointments leading to a Read Flag. A red flagged client is a client that has a history of rescheduling consistently or not turning up. In this case the client could be asked for payment in advance of their booking.

Treatments
Each treatment includes turnover time, A One-hour treatment would include refreshments if required followed by approximately Two / Three minutes to prepare for a message before the therapist enters the room. The therapist usually finishes Four to Six minutes early at the end of the treatments to allow for preparations.

Promotional offers
Offers advertised online at a discounted rate and not run in conjunction with any other offer. Vouchers purchased through a Third Party are subject to availability and can be rescheduled by the client or staff member within a 24 hour period.
